Nima Abdollahzade

Nima Abdollahzade is a legal professional with a background in business law, immigration matters, and legal technology. He holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from Shahid Beheshti University and a Master of Laws in Common Law (LLMCL) from the University of British Columbia. His academic and professional experience spans multiple legal systems, providing perspective on international and Canadian law.

Before joining the firm, he worked as in-house legal counsel for startups and early-stage companies, advising on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and daily legal operations. His work with entrepreneurs and technology-driven businesses informs his understanding of client needs in fast-paced environments.

He has also been involved in legal technology initiatives focused on improving workflows, access to legal services, and client communication.

At the firm, he supports lawyers across corporate and litigation files and contributes research, problem-solving, and detailed case support. He is currently an articled student under the supervision of Heena Han.
