Diba Ferdowsi

Diba Ferdowsi has been a member of the legal team since 2021. As a legal administrative assistant, she works primarily on judicial review and mandamus matters. She assists with preparing documents for applications for leave and judicial review and works closely with Dr. Mortazavi on these cases. She also prepares mandamus applications and demand letters for clients whose applications have been awaiting a decision for an extended period.

In addition to litigation support, she assists clients with humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) permanent residence applications. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach support clients in presenting their personal circumstances clearly and persuasively.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the United Kingdom and is pursuing licensure as a counsellor in Canada. Her background in mental health and legal experience supports her work with clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and exploring new ideas.
